1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellertrey, operated by Triple S & M LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and "you" refers to that business.

2. Description of the service

Sellertrey is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for Amazon FBA wholesale sellers. The Service includes tools for product analysis, repricing, inventory management, financial reporting, supplier relationship management, and related features accessible through our web application and API.

The Service connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf when you grant authorization. We are an independent software application and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc.

3. Account registration and security

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify that address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Sellertrey offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required during the trial period.
  • Paid plans: Starter ($25/mo), Pro ($59/mo), and Business ($129/mo), billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • AI Credits: AI analysis credits are consumed per analysis. Monthly allocations are included in each plan and reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

All billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Amazon SP-API authorization

By connecting your Amazon seller account to Sellertrey, you authorize us to access data from Amazon's Selling Partner API on your behalf for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to grant this authorization.

You may revoke this authorization at any time through:

  • Your Sellertrey account settings (Settings → Amazon), or
  • Your Amazon Seller Central account (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps)

Revoking access will disable SP-API-dependent features such as real fee calculations, order sync, inventory sync, and automated repricing. Other features of the platform will remain available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or Amazon's policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns or that circumvent rate limits
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
  • Upload malicious code or content that could harm the Service or other users
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

7. Repricing and automated actions

The repricing features of Sellertrey take automated actions on your Amazon listings, including changing prices, based on strategies and rules you configure. You are solely responsible for:

  • The strategies and rules you configure in Sellertrey
  • All pricing changes made by the automated repricing engine on your behalf
  • Ensuring your use of automated repricing complies with Amazon's policies
  • Any consequences arising from repricing actions, including unintended price changes

We strongly recommend reviewing and testing your repricing configurations before activating them on live listings.

8. AI-generated analysis

Sellertrey uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate product analysis, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or business advice
  • AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on AI-generated content
  • Past performance data does not guarantee future results

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content created by us, is owned by Triple S & M LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described herein.

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Availability and modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, with reasonable advance notice where possible
  • Modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time
  • Discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

MARKET DATA, PRICING INFORMATION, AND AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THEIR ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR INVESTMENT OR BUSINESS DECISION.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPLE S & M LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triple S & M LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and notifying active users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
